    There are various reasons we know of, a few I’m sure are not published by the CIPC.The company themselves may apply to have the company de-registered.
    If the Annual Returns due to CIPC each year are not received by CIPC, for 2 years in a row.
    If CIPC believes that the company is not active for 7 years, or they have proof that the company is inactive for any other reason.
